Sydney Bathrooms and Kitchens provides a one-stop renovation service to their customers. All renovations are managed by a licenced builder during all stages of the renovation, providing comfort and professionalism to the clients. All aspects of building are catered for, as well as providing all the essential trades needed and other aspects such as structural works. Ancillary services are also provided, such as flooring or painting, and interior design services are also available – all provided by qualified professionals. In addition to these services, we also provide assistance with appliance selections, as well as wholesale pricing by Harvey Norman Commercial and Reece Plumbing (by appointment only).
When providing you with a complimentary design service and quotation, Sydney Bathrooms and Kitchens sends all insurances and regulatory paperwork as required by NSW Fair Trading. You will receive a copy of the relevant Work Cover, Property Cover and Homeowners Warranty (HOW) Insurance Policy (for those contracts over $20,000) to put your mind at ease. Additionally, we provide a detailed portfolio of your builder, including their company and licence information. We invite you to check the licencing information for the builder and their history prior to the commencement of your contract – and are happy to provide references, if required.
Solid Surface Fabrications
Sydney Bathrooms and Kitchens provides their clients with a full range of solid surface solutions. We are able to provide the full range of Quantum Quartz, AC Stone, Caesarstone and Essastone, as well as all types of Granite benchtops. All types of edging are catered for, from 20mm standard to 40mm and 70mm apron edging. We also provide a service where clients are invited to visit the wholesaler to individually select their particular slabs of granite or marble, for peace of mind. The choice is yours.

Appliance Selection and Preparatory Works
Sydney Bathrooms and Kitchens in affiliated with renowned companies such as Harvey Norman Commercial Division and Reece Plumbing, providing wholesale pricing to their clients.
Since all work is conducted by a licensed builder with commercial accounts at these companies, we provide a service where our customers are invited to visit Harvey Norman Commercial or Reece plumbing. On your visit a representative will assist you in your selection of appliances at wholesale prices.
The range of these appliances both in kitchen and bathroom hardware is very comprehensive and ideally suited to either a budget or luxury buyer, catering to the varied aesthetic choices of our clients.
